Ha Ha Da Vinci Tour Day 6: On the Road!

Paco and I when we actually looked at a map and realized how far we'd be driving!

It's been a whirlwind few days - with ton of talking, laughing, driving, climbing, listening to stories, getting a tooth ache, recovering from a tooth ache, having dinner in dive bars in the middle of nowhere, and making sandwiches in the rain by the side of the road.

One of my favorite moments was Paco saying, "I think there's something rattling around under my seat..." and then digging around under the seat and pulling out - unexpectedly - a magic wand.

And of course, climbing up to delicate arch in Arches National Park just in time to catch the sunset...

Right now, we're hunkered down in Abeline, Kansas, rebooting our batteries, putting in a day's work, taking lots of showers, and getting our ducks in a row. Back on the road tonight...
